Conference "Registration" Scholarship Program

 
Thanks to the generous support of our partners, exhibitors, and the Fire Code Academy Scholarship Fund, we are pleased to offer conference registration scholarships to fire service, emergency services, and educational organizations experiencing financial hardship.

Scholarships may cover full or partial conference registration fees (hotel accommodations and travel expenses are not included).

Over the past 20 years, more than 400 scholarships have been awarded, helping fire service professionals, educators, emergency managers, code officials, and other life safety professionals attend this premier educational event.

How to Apply -

Applications must be submitted by December 15, 2026 by emailing: admin@lifesafetyforum.org.

Please include the following information:

1. About Your Organization - A brief paragraph describing your organization and its mission.

2. Benefit Statement - A second paragraph explaining how attending and participating in the conference will benefit your organization, personnel, or community.

3. Organization-Specific Information -

a. Fire Departments and Emergency Service Organizations - Indicate whether your department is: Volunteer, Career/Paid, or Combination. Include the total number of personnel in your organization.

b. Colleges, Universities, and Higher Education Institutions - Indicate whether your institution conducts fire drills in residence halls. Include a link to your institution's Annual Fire Safety Report.

4. Contact Information - Please provide:
a. Organization or department name

c. Title or position
d. Mailing address
