Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy
- Due to hotel and other contractual
obligations, NO cancellations or refunds will be accepted within 60 days
of the conference start date regardless of the registration date. NOTE;
Registrations are transferable to other people.
All cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged (E-Mail or postal
service) within the time frame established for the conference. A no-show
at the conference constitutes a cancellation within the 60 days prior to
the event, and the registered attendee will be responsible for the
registration, and any applicable hotels fees.
If the conference is cancelled for any reason
beyond Management’s reasonable control (included but not limited to an
act of God, lack of attendance, pandemic, fire, civil disturbance, power
failure, hotel cancelling event, etc.) than all monies will be credited
towards a future conference. - This policy was originally
applied to the website on 5/01/2006, modified 8/01/2009, 5/20/2010,
9/20/2013, 8/1/,2021. Submission of a registration signifies agreement with these and all Conference
Rules, Cancellation Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
